Withdrawal form
You have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your furniture to inform us that you are withdrawing from the contract, without having to give any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send it back to us.
The form below is the one provided for by law (annex 2 of book VI of the Code of Economic Law). Its use is optional: a simple, unambiguous e-mail is sufficient.

What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt of your request.
- You send the furniture back to us within 14 days of your notification. The direct cost of returning it is borne by you: €150 for a product of less than 2 m³, €200 above that. These costs do not apply if the product is non-conforming or defective.
- We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment as the one used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until proof of their dispatch is provided.
Only one exception
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (art. VI.53, 3° of the Code of Economic Law). For us, this only concerns furniture ordered in a custom texture, i.e. a fabric or colour chosen outside the colours offered on the product page, which involves a supplement and for which the furniture is made to order for you.
In all other cases, your right of withdrawal applies in full, including when the furniture was not in stock at the time of ordering.
